Wow...I love it! I am from the east coast so these western properties are very different from my environment yet very attractive to me. I suspect this will sell fast and I will be jealous of the new owner!
Plenty of Land for low price ,freedom to scream and four track sport ,I would build a mexican style house with patio and gardens, beautyful. I like Landio real estate, if I ever decide to buy land, Landio is my first choice to get help.
Driven through New Mexico numerous times and have had to work in white sands. NM can be depressing especially west of Albuquerque but this part of the state near Santa Fe is actually nice. Getting ready to retire and although I like Montana I don’t think I can survive many more winters. A hunting retreat would be my use.
Come to NM my man. I'd say it's a great place to retire. I moved here 15 years ago. Born and raised in Ireland. Have worked and lived on the east coast and the west coast and it's the place for me. The weather for the money is the best in the world.
